Barry uses Tranquility's High Capacity Pads. They can be worn with a moisture proof, washable pant on occasion, but he usually just uses the High Capacity Pads as absorbency boosters in his disposable adult briefs. These pads add fluid capacity to his adult briefs by adding another layer of absorbency. (The above mentioned Tranquility pants are not included with these pads.)
